1. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate.
2. Match Cancellation: GameClash reserves the right to cancel any match at any time without prior notice.
3. Fair Play: Suspicious activity, including multiple ID use, will result in disqualification, suspension, or account hold. Winning prizes may be canceled.
4. Technical Issues: In case of glitches, matches may be canceled, and entry fees will be refunded or re-matched.
5. Incorrect Details: Failure to submit correct information will result in prize cancellation and no refund.
6. Mod/Hack Use: Using mods or hacks will lead to immediate account suspension, canceled withdrawals, and a useless wallet balance.
7. Glitch Misuse: Exploiting in-game errors will disqualify you from the match and forfeit rewards.
8. Emulator Use: Using emulators in non-emulator matches will result in disqualification and no rewards.
9. Match Details: Ensure you have the correct Room ID and Password before the match start time. Failure to join the room on time will result in no refund.
10. External Issues: No refunds will be processed for issues caused by participants' external factors (slow internet, multi-tasking, etc.).
11. Unjust Kicking: Refunds will be issued upon submitting valid evidence of unjust kicking or auto-kicking from the room.
12. Policy Changes: These policies may change or update at any time. It's your responsibility to stay informed.
