2. Server Issues: If a match is cancelled due to server problems, you'll receive a full refund in your wallet.
3. Late Entry: If you fail to enter a match before the start time, no refunds will be issued.
4. Fair Play: Using hacks or teaming up will result in account blocking and no withdrawals.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Our Fault: If we cancel a match, you'll get a full refund in your account.
2. No Entry Cancellation: Once you've joined a paid match, there's no backing out.
