1. Refund for Elimination by Rule Violators: If eliminated by players violating match rules, you may request a refund by contacting customer support.

2. Refund for Invalid UPI Details or Bank Issues: Refunds for failed transactions due to incorrect UPI or bank details can be requested by reaching out to customer support.

3. Disconnection During Gameplay: No refunds or replay opportunities will be provided for disconnections during gameplay.

4. Refunds for Game Crashes or Server Issues: Refunds for such issues are at the discretion of the GameClash team. Please contact customer support for assistance.

5. Refund for Incorrect Custom Room Settings: If a custom room's settings are incorrect, you may request a refund by contacting customer support.

6. Refund Eligibility for Elimination by Unregistered Player: Refunds are not provided in cases of elimination by unregistered players.

7. Refund Eligibility for Elimination by Unregistered Hacker: Refunds are provided if eliminated by an unregistered hacker.

8. Refund for Matches Starting Early: If a match starts before the scheduled time, provide proof to customer support to request a refund.

9. Refund for Canceled Matches: A full refund will be provided for canceled matches.

10. Registration Fee Issues: If the registration fee is deducted but you weren’t added to the match, provide proof to customer support for investigation and a potential refund.
